We start with where you are now. How enquiries come in, what happens next, where things currently fall down and what is working. No assumptions, no guesswork.

Your customer journey
We map every touchpoint from first contact to completed job. Where does a lead first find you? What do they do next? What does the ideal journey look like from their side? This is the foundation everything else is built on.

Process mapping
We document your sales and delivery process in detail. What are the stages? Who does what? What needs a human touch and what can be automated? This is where we get into the detail that makes a build actually work.

Pipeline architecture
We define your pipeline stages together. What does each stage mean? What triggers a move from one stage to the next? If you have multiple routes or offer types, we map those separately so nothing gets conflated.

Automation opportunities
With the journey and process mapped, we identify exactly what should be automated and how. Follow-up sequences, booking reminders, lead qualification, internal notifications and where a human still needs to be involved.

We look at what you are already using and what needs to connect. What stays, what goes, what HighLevel replaces and what it needs to work alongside.

What people ask before booking
Do I need to have HighLevel already?
No. The Blueprint Session works for any business regardless of what platform they are on. If you decide to build with me afterwards, I can get you set up on HighLevel as part of the process.
What do I need to prepare beforehand?
Nothing formal. It helps to have a rough idea of how your enquiries currently come in and what your sales process looks like, but we will work through everything together in the session. There is no homework required.
How is the session delivered?
Via video call with screen sharing. We build the journey map together in real time so you can see everything taking shape as we talk. The session is recorded and sent to you afterwards.
What if I just want the session and not a build?
Completely fine. The Blueprint Session is a standalone piece of work and the deliverables are yours to use however you choose. There is no obligation to proceed with a build.
How long before I receive the written summary?
The written summary and build specification are sent within three to five working days of the session.
What happens after the session if I want to go ahead with a build?
I will put together a scoped proposal based on what we mapped in the session. You will have everything in writing before any build work begins, and the Blueprint Session fee is deducted from the total.
